BLP are underwritten by Allianz and their housing warranty insurance product is a compelling alternative to the ‘traditional’ 10 year house warranty solutions. BLP cover has a one off cost so the builder/developer does not need to provide an annual membership fee, additional security and financial bond.

Another way to qualify is if you are identified by your GP as vulnerable to the cold and on a low income.
