The Kingdom House is a vision of a modern energy efficient home of the future, brought to fruition by Oliver and Robb Architects and built to Passive House standards by Campion Homes.
The inclusion of solar panels, PV Cells, Air Source Heat Pumps, Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery Units were complimented perfectly with the JUB Premium Facade System to produce a house with a negligible carbon footprint.
The JUB Premium Facade System uses 160mm of Graphite EPS insulation to achieve a ‘U’ Value of 0.19, this system is finished with the Nanosil Self-Cleaning texture.
JUB Approved Applicator G&R Ross Ltd applied the Self-Cleaning, Highly Breathable Silicone Render which uses Nano Technology to inhibit dirt pick up and to prevent staining, perfect for a building like this, with a coastal location, a minimal roof overhang and a large wall area.

You are identified as vulnerable to living in a cold home: someone in the home is pregnant, disabled or elderly, you have children under 5, or someone in the home has a medical condition. Your child receives free school meals. Your home is identified as being in debt to your energy provider. Another way to qualify is if you are identified by your GP as vulnerable to the cold and on a low income.
