Unixil is a thin-coat render formulated with polymeric binders and an optimal blend of fine and coarse fillers, enhanced by modern thickeners and siloxane additives.

It features a distinct, evenly grained texture that provides long-lasting decorative protection for the façades of all building types, including multi-storey structures with minimal roof overhang.



With its high water-vapour permeability - characteristic of acrylic renders - Unixil is also suitable as the final render in thermal insulation systems using mineral wool, ensuring excellent breathability and durability for both new builds and refurbishment projects.
